INGREDIENTS
1- Chicken breast ½ kg
2- Carrot 1
3- Capsicum 1
4- Spring onion 2
5- Egg beaten half
6- Egg noodles ½ packet
7- Garlic chopped 4 – 5 cloves
8- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
9- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
10- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
11- Corn flour 2 tbsp
12- Chili sauce 4 tbsp
13- Oil for fry
14- Salt according to your taste
METHOD
1- Boil ½ packet of egg noodles and then fry with oil.
2. After frying, remove it and keep aside.
3. Cut the ½ kg chicken into strips, marinate with 2 tbsp corn flour, the add salt according to your taste.
4. Then add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper and half beaten egg.
5. Mix it well and deep fry it until the color gets golden brown.
6. Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, and add in 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic and fry it well.
7. Now add in 2 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp chili sauce, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp brown sugar and fried chicken.
8. Cook well.
Note: Spread on top of boiled noodles and serve.
