Egg Vegetable Fried Rice

Egg Vegetable Fried Rice is a Chinese cuisine. It comprises of great nutritious value. Can be prepared in approximately 20 minutes. It is definitely the most preferred diet for weight-conscious souls.

Egg Vegetable Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

• Salt according o your taste

• Carrot chopped ½ cup

• Green Onion ½ cup

• Onion chopped ½ cup

• Black Pepper as much you like

• Capsicum chopped ½ cup

• Boiled Rice 2 plates

• Eggs 2

• Cabbage chopped ½ cup 

 METHOD

• Chop all the vegetables.

• Take two eggs and fry them.

• Add some oil in the frying pan and add all the chopped vegetables in it and fry them for a short time.

• Add in boiled rice and mix it well.

• Sprinkle salt and pepper powder (according to you taste).

• Now add in the fried eggs and mix it well.

• Ready to serve.

Can be served with:

• With different kinds of continental sauces or Chinese dishes like.

• Chicken Manchurian

• Chicken wings
