INGREDIENTS
1- Boiled Potatoe 1
2- Egg 2
3- Green chilies 4
4- Bread slices 6
5- Flour 1 cup
6- Black pepper 1 tsp
7- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
8- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
9- Salt 1/2 tsp
10- Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
11- Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
12- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
13- Fry Oil
METHOD
1. Mash the boiled potato well.
2. Now take a bowl and add, 4 chopped Green chilies, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1/2 tsp Crushed red chili, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Salt according to your taste, 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, and at last add in 2 tbsp Mint leaves.
Mix well.
3. Use rolling pin to flatten the bread slices.
4. Fill all the mixture in bread slices and then fold it like a Swiss roll.
5. Dip in 2 beaten egg, roll in 1 cup Flour and fry it in hot oil.
Your crispy and delectable rolls are ready to serve.
