Chicken Almond Kebab

Almonds are healthy snack and good for people with Cholesterol problem. Mix them with Chicken full of protein and you have got yourself a very healthy meal. Must try a Chicken Almond Kebab

Chicken Almond Kebab


1- 2 boneless chicken breasts

2- 2 potatoes boiled

3- 2 eggs lightly beaten

4- 1 capsicum chopped

5- 1 spring onion chopped

6- 1/4 bunch parsley chopped

7- 100 gm almonds chopped

8- 2 tbsp plain flour

9- 1 tbsp lemon juice

10- 1/2 tsp black pepper

11- salt to taste

12- 1/4 cup oil for frying


1- Boil chicken in salted water for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.

2- Now cut chicken breasts into small pieces.

3- Mash the potatoes.

4-Mix them together.

5- Now add parsley, capsicum, spring onion and lemon juice.

6- Season with salt and pepper

7- Mix well and make round kebabs with this mixture.

8- In a small bowl, beat eggs with flour.

9- Dip kebabs in the egg mixture.

10- Then coat with crushed almonds.

11- Heat oil in pan and shallow fry the kebabs.

12- Delicious Chicken Almond kebabs are ready to serve.

13- Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
