For the topping
1- Chicken breast 2
2- Onion -1
3- Mozzarella cheese -1 packet
4- Finely chopped garlic -3 cloves
5- Finely chopped parsley-1/4bunch
6- Tomato paste -1/2cup
7- Oregano -1tbsp
8- Crushed red chilies -1tbsp
9- Black pepper powder -1/2tsp
10- Oil -3tbsp
11- Salt according to your taste
For making dough
1- Flour 250g
2- Eggs 2
3- Milk 1/2cup
4- Granulated yeast 1tbsp
5- Butter 3tbsp
Stir in 1tbsp of granulated yeast in ½ cup milk.
Mix the flour with the milk and yeast mixture in a seperate bowl.
Add in 2 beaten eggs, salt according to your taste, 3tbsp butter and water as required.
Knead it to form a smooth dough. Then cover it with a plastic wrap and leave the dough until it gets double in volume.
Meanwhile slice the chicken breast. Heat 3tbsps oil in a wok and then fry 3 cloves of garlic and chicken strips in it. Fry them until the color of garlics and chicken changes.
Add in ½ cup tomato paste, salt according to your taste, black pepper powder 1/2tsp, oregano 1tbsp , 1tbsp crushed red chilies and ¼ bunch chopped parsley.
Mix it well.
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough and place it on a greased pizza mould. With the help of the beaten eggs brush the edges of the base.
Spread the tomato sauce and the chicken on the pizza base. Top with chopped onions, and grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 190C for 12- 15 minutes or until golden brown.
