Chicken Roll

An easy recipe to make a simple chicken wraps. If you like then you can also add few vegetables and sauces, but that tikka flavor is great on its own. These tasty chicken rolls are great for a relaxed meal, and they're really easy to make. Do try this Mouthwatering Chicken Roll Recipe

Chicken Roll


1- 300 gm boneless chicken

2- 3 tbsp lemon juice

3- 1-1/2 tbsp tikka spice

4- 1 tbsp garlic paste

5- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed

6- salt to taste

7- butter as required

8- a piece of coal

9- Oil for frying

For Chapatti:

1- 2 cups all purpose flour

2- a pinch of salt

3-water as required to knead dough


To Make Chapatti:

1- Place flour and salt in a medium bowl.

2- Gradually add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough.

3- Cover with wet cloth and place in a refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4- Make small balls out of the dough.

5- Roll them out into the chapati shape.

6- Place chapati on a hot griddle pan.

7- Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until done.

To Make Roll Filling:

1- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.

2- Place chicken pieces in a large mixing bowl.

3- Add garlic, tikka spice and lemon juice.

4- Season with salt and pepper.

5- Mix well.

6- Melt butter in a pan.

7- Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

8- Put a bread slice over the chicken.

9- Then place a piece of burning coal on bread slice.

10- Drizzle a few drops of oil over it.

11- Cover and leave it for 5 minutes.

To Proceed:

1- Spread butter over the chapatti, then add cooked chicken

2- Roll it tightly.

3- Secure with wooden pick.

4- Repeat this procedure with the remaining chapattis.

5- Chicken Roll is ready now.

Serve immediately.
