1- 300 gm boneless chicken
2- 3 tbsp lemon juice
3- 1-1/2 tbsp tikka spice
4- 1 tbsp garlic paste
5- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
6- salt to taste
7- butter as required
8- a piece of coal
9- Oil for frying
1- 2 cups all purpose flour
2- a pinch of salt
3-water as required to knead dough
To Make Chapatti:
1- Place flour and salt in a medium bowl.
2- Gradually add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough.
3- Cover with wet cloth and place in a refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4- Make small balls out of the dough.
5- Roll them out into the chapati shape.
6- Place chapati on a hot griddle pan.
7- Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until done.
To Make Roll Filling:
1- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2- Place chicken pieces in a large mixing bowl.
3- Add garlic, tikka spice and lemon juice.
4- Season with salt and pepper.
5- Mix well.
6- Melt butter in a pan.
7- Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
8- Put a bread slice over the chicken.
9- Then place a piece of burning coal on bread slice.
10- Drizzle a few drops of oil over it.
11- Cover and leave it for 5 minutes.
1- Spread butter over the chapatti, then add cooked chicken
2- Roll it tightly.
3- Secure with wooden pick.
4- Repeat this procedure with the remaining chapattis.
5- Chicken Roll is ready now.
