Turmeric

Turmeric is one of the must spice in our food due to its rich colour and aroma. Apart from that, turmeric has been a drug of choice by many herbalists in order to treat all sort of inflammation and injuries. Being an anti-oxidant it prevents cancer as well as avoids arthritis.

Mint leaves

Fenugreek is a highly underrated spice, used normally as a mouth freshener. It has been long used in the Ayurveda for the treatment of loss of appetite as well as indigestion. It also cures heartburn and GERD.

Cumin

Cumin has a very particular taste and is somewhat similar to fenugreek in appearance. It has been used as a lactometer by many herbalists for breastfeeding mothers to increase milk production. It is proven that if cumin is chewed by the mother, it increases the overall milk production.

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a shelled dried seed and is used as a flavouring agent in the food industry but seeing it medicinally, it has very useful in treating nausea, epigastric pain, and flatulence and apart from that it helps sleeping disorders and insomnia.

Instead of running to the doctor for minor issues, we should go for the natural way because it would not only solve our issue but will also save us from the adverse effects of the drugs.
