As the winter season is approaching bringing us joy and fun, we should be taking care of our health during the season. After eight months of the long summer season, finally, the season is changing and brings a lot of challenges to health.

Hydration Level

Due to cold and avoiding the frequent urination, we usually do not consume

enough water, which causes dehydration. Therefore, stay hydrated this winter.

Skin Care

As the body gets dehydrated, the skin is deprived of the moisture as a consequence, skin cracks or wilts and looks unhealthy. Moisturizing the skin can really help with this issue.

Dandruff
