Pan Fried Shashlik With Rice

This delightful recipe of "Pan Fried Shashlik with Rice" can be ready in approximately 30 minutes and good to serve around 2-4 people. Follow all the steps recommended to get a perfect dish.

Pan Fried Shashlik With Rice

 Ingredients

1- Chicken boneless (½ kg)

2- Tomatoes (2)

3- Capsicum (1)

4- Onion (1)

5- Salt to taste

6- Garlic paste (1 tbsp)

7- Chinese salt (½ tsp)

8- White pepper powder (¼ tsp)

9- Sugar (1 tsp)

10- Vinegar (1 tbsp)

11- Soya sauce (2 tbsp)

12- Oil (3–4 tbsp)

13- Tomato ketchup (3 tbsp)

14- Tomato paste (2 tbsp)

15- Chili powder (½ tsp)

16- Worchester sauce (2 tbsp)

Method

1- Firstly, cut ½ kg chicken, 2 tomatoes, 1 capsicum and 1 onion into small cubes.

2- Then, heat 3–4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste along with chicken and fry well until it turns golden brown.

3- Secondly, add ½ tsp of chilli powder and all the chopped vegetables. Fry well for 1–2 minutes.

4- Thirdly, add tomato paste and ketchup, soya+worchester sauce, vinegar, sugar, Chinese salt and simple salt to taste. 

5- Mix well and cook till the sauce thickens.

6- Remove in a serving dish and present with fried rice.
