Pan Fried Shashlik With Rice

Pan Fried Shashlikwith Rice recipe .This delightful Main Course recipe of Pan Fried Shashlikwith Rice can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended to get a perfect dish.

Pan Fried Shashlik With Rice


1- Chicken boneless½ kg

2- Tomatoes 2

3- Capsicum 1

4- Onion 1

5- Saltto taste

6- Garlic paste1 tbsp

7- Chinese salt½ tsp

8- White pepper powder¼ tsp

9- Sugar 1 tsp

10- Vinegar 1 tbsp

11- Soya sauce2 tbsp

12- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp

13- Tomato ketchup3 tbsp

14- Tomato paste2 tbsp

15- Chili powder½ tsp

16- Worchester sauce2 tbsp


1- Cut ½ kg chicken, 2 tomatoes, 1 capsicum and 1 onion into small cubes.

2- Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste along with chicken, fry well till golden brown.

3- Then add ½ tsp chili powder and all the chopped vegetables. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.

4- Add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, Worchester sauce, vinegar, sugar, Chinese salt and salt to taste. Mix well.

5- Cook till sauce thickens, remove in a serving dish and serve with fried rice.
