Hydration
It is defined as the process of making your body absorb water or other liquid, it is the most important process for the proper functioning of our body.
Benefits of hydration
There are countless benefits of hydration that help our body to heal and grow in the most appropriate way possible. Some of them are:
Water Cleanse the Body: human kidneys require plenty of water to clean out all the waste material gathered in our body otherwise toxins would build up and deteriorate the health.
Improved Skin Health: a hydrated skin is the healthiest of all; hydration keeps the skin smooth and promotes self-healing.
Regulated Blood Pressure: an adequate amount of water level is necessary to maintain the right blood pressure; low water level results in a dropped blood pressure and vice versa.
Perfect Muscular Movements: water is not only required to quench our thirst but also for the proper functioning of the muscles; they start to rupture if dehydration exceeds beyond level.
Cardio-Vascular Health: proper water volume is parallel to the proper blood volume which is subsequently required for the proper heart functions like proper heartbeat and pumping.
Let Us Speak: it is a very surprising fact but we can only speak when our mouth is hydrated; our tongue cannot offer words with dry mouth.

The colour of our urine normally gives us a hint about the water levels required by our body.
