Here are some tips to develop new habits and make them stick:

1. Commit for a month

Almost thirty days is all the time to make a habit automatic. 

2. Make it daily

Practice your habit daily because consistency helps in sticking a particular thing in your mind. Start consistent because it will help you the most in developing a new habit and to get stick to it. 

3. Start with simple

Start Simple, don't try to make it hard for yourself to develop a habit because you are not going to change yourself or stick that habit in one day for your whole life.

4. Don't forget about it.

Keep reminding yourself about that commitment because if you miss a day or a week than its easy for you to forget about that habit. if you miss time than it will easily defeat your potential in making that habit stick so try not to miss time because than you are not going to develop a habit and stick with it it will break the purpose of setting that habit.

5. Don't give up

Don't expect that your all attempts of installing a new habit are going to be successful sometimes you're might be going to fail in developing it but you have to try, try and just try until you succeed because success never comes without hard work.

6. Know the benefits

Before starting a habit familiarize yourself with the benefits of it. Set your aims like "if you get this habit than you are going to achieve your targeted goal.

7. Do it for yourself

If you are trying to change yourself than do it for yourself, to achieve your goals, to make better you.
