1- 150 gm Sugar
2- 150 gm Flour
3- 150 gm Cooking chocolate melted
4- 100 gm White butter
5- 20 gm Cocoa powder
6- 3 Egg
7- Vanilla essence few drops
8- 1 tsp Baking powder
9- 50 gm Walnut
1- Beat eggs with sugar in a large bowl. Then add melted cooking chocolate and cocoa powder. Add butter and beat few seconds.
2- Sieved flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into egg mixture.
3- Then add chopped walnuts. Pour mixture into a greased a lined cake mold or sheet.
4- Pour mixture into a greased & lined brownie or cake mold. Bake in the preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes. Walnut Brownies are ready to serve. Serve with a scoop of ice cream
