Ingredients
4 cups whole milk
3 cups plain yogurt
2 egg yolks
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups of water
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
1- Use a large bowl add in milk, yogurt, egg yolks, and all-purpose flour and then beat it with an electric mixer.
2- At the meantime, bring water and chicken bouillon to a boil in a large soup pot.
3- Reduce heat to medium-low and add yogurt mixture, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens about 20 minutes.
