1- Beat milk, yogurt, egg yolks, and all-purpose flour in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
2- Meanwhile, bring water and chicken bouillon to a boil in a large soup pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and add yogurt mixture, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens about 20 minutes.
